Using this site means you’re agreeing to what’s below. Don’t agree? Don’t use it. Questions go to info@bonusesonline.com.

Financial content — YMYL standard applies

As a gambling affiliate site, BonusesOnline.com falls under Google’s YMYL (Your Money or Your Life) classification. These terms are reviewed and maintained regularly as part of that standard.

What BonusesOnline.com actually is

We’re a review site. Aameya Digital Media runs us. Since 2013, we’ve been comparing licensed online casino operators across five countries — the UK, US, Canada, New Zealand, and Ireland. No bets accepted here, no player funds held, no casino games offered. Just reviews and comparisons. That’s it.

Using the site

You’re confirming a few things by being here: you’re 18 or older (or whatever the legal gambling age is where you live), it’s actually legal for you to access gambling information in your country, and you’ll behave within the law while you’re on the site. If any of those aren’t true, this probably isn’t the right place for you.

Age and gambling harm

Eighteen is the floor in the UK, Ireland, Canada, and New Zealand. A handful of US states put it at 21. We’re not interested in reaching anyone below that line. If gambling has turned into a problem — yours or someone else’s — our Responsible Gambling page has helplines for every country we cover. They’re free. They’re confidential. Use them.

How current our information is

Ninety days. That’s how often we revisit every review on this site. Casinos move fast — bonus terms quietly change, payment methods disappear, withdrawal times creep up. We can’t catch everything the moment it happens. Before you deposit anything, go directly to the casino and check what they’re currently offering. Our reviews give you context. Their current terms are what actually apply.

The money side of things

When you join a casino through a link on this site, we earn a commission from them. That’s how the site pays for itself. We know it creates a conflict of interest — we say so repeatedly across this site, including on our Advertiser Disclosure page. Our reviewers don’t know commission figures when they’re writing about a casino. Ratings come from testing.

Editorial decisions

Nobody on the commercial side touches the reviews. Casinos can’t purchase a better score, can’t buy their way into a higher table position, and can’t make critical content disappear. If you want to understand exactly how the separation works, the Editorial Guidelines lay it out.

Where gambling law applies

We only cover markets with properly regulated online gambling. Laws differ everywhere — sometimes dramatically. Whether something’s legal in your specific country, state, or province is your responsibility to verify, not ours. We don’t assist with gambling that’s illegal where the player is located.

This content is ours

Reviews, ratings, articles, images — all of it belongs to Aameya Digital Media or whoever we licensed it from. Personal use is fine. Printing a page for yourself is fine. Quoting a sentence or two with attribution is fine. Publishing our content elsewhere, selling it, or scraping it with a bot is not.

Third-party sites

We link to casinos, payment providers, various gambling services. Once you leave this site, their rules apply, not ours. What they charge, how they handle your data, what happens if a dispute arises — that’s between you and them. Read their terms before you put money anywhere.

Liability

Aameya Digital Media won’t be held liable for losses from gambling with casino operators, errors in our content, technical problems with this site, or someone accessing your data without permission. We write reviews. We’re not a casino, we don’t process transactions, we don’t control how operators behave.

Governing law

UK law. UK courts. That’s the jurisdiction these terms operate under.

Your consumer rights

Nothing written above removes the statutory rights you have as a consumer. Where the law says we can’t limit our liability, we don’t.

When we update these terms

We’ll change the date at the top. That’s the signal. Carrying on using the site after a change means you’ve accepted it. Nothing secret about the process.
